When Villa Macri envisioned a truly elevated destination for dining and gathering, they needed more than a contractor. They needed a guide who could bring that vision to life; one who understands hospitality, structural demands, and aesthetics. That’s where Mid-States Construction stepped in.

The Vision: More Than a Restaurant

The project at Toscana Park in Granger, IN included a 19,000+ square foot facility combining a full-service restaurant, banquet hall, and hospitality amenities. Villa Macri wanted a space that would be warm and inviting, yet structurally strong and capable of handling heavy use. Durability, flow, and atmosphere all mattered equally.

Guiding the Process with Expertise

From design coordination through final construction, Mid-States Construction acted as the guide. We managed trades, sequencing, and detail work, ensuring that no piece of the puzzle was overlooked. Because when you handle a space that combines multiple functions — dining, events, hospitality — every joint, ceiling height, lighting run, and acoustics element needs to be intentional.

Balancing Durability and Atmosphere

A beautiful restaurant that falls apart under heavy use isn’t success, it’s a liability. Mid-States built Toscana Park to last. The structural systems, finishes, and materials were all chosen to stand up to high foot traffic, busy events, and daily wear, while still delivering a refined guest experience. Lighting, sightlines, ceiling treatments, and circulation were designed to welcome guests rather than overwhelm them.

A Signature Landmark for the Community

Villa Macri’s new space isn’t just a building, it’s a destination. It anchors Toscana Park with style and substance. By blending the functional, structural, and aesthetic, Mid-States helped produce a facility that’s meant to serve residents, visitors, and events for decades to come.
