Construction serves areas within a 70-mile radius of Elkhart,
IN. That encompasses Kalamazoo, Benton Harbor, Angola,
Kendallville, etc.
We have built office buildings, schools,
churches, warehouses, manufacturing plants, retail stores, and
have subcontracted with other construction companies in the area
of concrete.
We are basically a design-build, turnkey
builder of commercial and industrial projects specializing in pre-engineered steel
buildings, carpentry, and concrete.

Our success is due, in part, to the fact that
nearly 75% of the work we do today is for customers that have
dealt with us in the past. Customer satisfaction is
what drives this company, and we realize that without our return
customers, our outlook would be very different.
Cumulative sales
totals have increased dramatically over the past ten years and
with this increase comes added responsibilities. Our
employee base has grown from 16 men in 1984 to over 40 men
today. We employ our own concrete, carpenter, and excavator
